Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to:
- Return the original item following the return process
- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item
This ensures quicker processing and availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If Approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments:
- Refunds will be issued as store credit, or
- Transferred to your bank account upon request
If Not Approved:
- You will be notified, and the item will be returned to you.
Additional Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
